Official Rules
NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY: The Butcher Shop Experience Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on March 1st, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends December 31st, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have received a flyer from Sponsor (defined below) to take the survey (“Survey Flyer”) and are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Texas Roadhouse, Inc., Strategic Restaurant Concepts, LLC dba Butcher Shop (“Sponsor”), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate.
TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes as follows: Fully complete and submit the survey which is accessible via the QR Code or website address listed on the Survey Flyer (the “Survey”). Upon fully completing and submitting the Survey, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address/household in this Sweepstakes.
Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received regardless of cause. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
PRIVACY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.texasroadhouse.com/privacy-policy. All information submitted by you will be treated according to this Privacy Policy.
PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) drawing for each calendar month of the Sweepstakes Period that will take place within one (1) week of the end of such calendar month (each, a “Drawing”). One (1) winner will be selected randomly for each Drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor at or prior to 11:59 p.m. ET of the last day of the applicable calendar month. Non-winning entries from a Drawing will be included in the subsequent Drawing, if any. For clarity, there will be a total of ten (10) Drawings and ten (10) winners under this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor will notify the potential winners, using the email address, phone number of other contact information (as determined in Sponsor’s discretion) provided in the Survey within 2-3 business days after the subject Drawing. Potential winners must respond and provide all requested information within 48 hours of the notification being sent or the prize will be forfeited. Without limiting the foregoing, at Sponsor’s discretion, winners may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim the prize. To claim any prize, Sponsor may require winners to complete, sign, and return Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms, and other applicable documents, which may require a social security number, postmarked within five (5) days of the time on the notification.
PRIZES (10): Each of the ten (10) winners will receive one (1) $200 Amazon Gift Card. The approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded under this Sweepstakes is $2000.00.
Prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Gift cards awarded are subject to additional terms and conditions of the issuer. Federal, province, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable,an alternate winner will be selected from other potential winners and/or by random draw from all remaining eligible entries.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if it is possible. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNER LIST: To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Texas Roadhouse, Attn: Butcher Shop Experience Survey, 6040 Dutchmans Lane, Louisville, KY 40205. All requests for a list of winners or a copy of these rules must be received by February 15th, 2022.
