Perfect for 2
We've only tried 1 ribeye so far. Quite pleased with the tenderness because my husband likes well done. I seared both sides and finished in 400° oven for 20 minutes. Perfect!! Looking forward to trying the New York strips.

As good as the restaurant, but cheaper than most mail, order steak companies
Did you ever wonder why the steaks seem to taste better in a restaurant versus what you can buy in the store even though they are supposedly the same grade of beef? It’s because these are restaurant quality steaks. Restaurants always get the best of choice cut and the rest go to the supermarket.
These steaks are flavorful and juicy, great portion size, well trimmed and tender. They are as good as what you get in the restaurant. Compared to places like Allen Brothers, Peter Luger or Omaha steaks, they are far cheaper. Unless you really like the aged beef flavor, this is definitely the best value I have run into so far. Also, they are far better than what you can get at the supermarket.
