Take your next tailgate to the pro level with a charcuterie board featuring your favorite sideline snacks! In this board we crafted sliders from our tender, buttery filet medallions stacked atop pillowy Texas Roadhouse rolls. We also piled up bite-sized chunks of juicy, marbled ribeye for easy grab and go snacking.
The ingredients below are what you'll need to replicate our Tailgating charcuterie board:
- Ribeye steaks, cut into 2" chunks
- Filet medallions
- Soft rolls or mini slider buns
- Unshelled peanuts
- Soft pretzels
- Block cheese, cut into triangle wedges (we used cheddar)
