Family Loves NY Strip Steaks

A few years ago my son (14 y.o. at the time) and I decided on a 'one time' splurge and ordered steaks from Texas Roadhouse Butcher Shop and we have been purchasing since. We no longer purchase from our local grocery store. The steaks are great quality and a really good size - so worth the "splurge." We have been grilling them on our indoor grill, but we're really looking forward to grilling outside this year - if they are delicious preparing indoors they are going to be amazing on our outdoor grill. I am especially proud that my now 16 y.o. learned how to properly store, thaw, season and grill these on his own - what a treat for me! So happy we decided to try these and would highly recommend.
