This is the third time we’ve ordered filets and we have NEVER been disappointed. So tender, juicy and flavorful.

It was fantastic, I was surprised the size of the filets were. They delicious.

Before visiting family and friends I like to send a package of steaks,so while visiting we can all enjoy a great dinner without having to shop, looking a great steaks. The host enjoy receiving the steaks,and I appreciate not paying for small side dishes and desserts suitable for one.

Was thicker than expected, haven’t eaten them yet but they look delicious!

Marinated with the big kahuna pineapple teriyaki sauce, and cook over mesquite. The results were exquisite.

But looking forward to grilling them. I have an indoor grill only. Works great.

I'm not one for frozen meat. But I have to say these medallions were perfect. I put my wifes in the air fryer on Medium Heat for a few minutes before I put mine on for the medium rare cook. they all came out and perfect. They were very tender and juicy. I've already placed an order for the boneless ribeye. All I need next time are some biscuits..

10 minutes in the air fryer on medium heat. The first 4 went on for my wife. Because she likes her cooked medium three minutes later I put mine on so I get the medium rare cook

We are on subscription for both Filets and NYs. Consistently tender and well trimmed. The meat is tender and juicy. The filet tips make EXCELLENT Tacos!

We’ve tried mail order steaks from a couple different places, and we’ve found TRH steaks are top shelf and worth the extra expense. That being said, they are more than worth the cost.

Delicious beefy taste. I like to cut them into bite-sized pieces, then toss into a hot iron skillet for a couple of minutes. Always good and tender.
